□翡翠莊園座落於巴拿馬西南方的波奎特郊區,建置之初是一個綜合性的農莊,種植咖啡只是農莊整體經濟活動的一部份,其他項目包括養殖乳牛以及種植柑橘等等.提到翡翠莊園,特別引起世人關注的是20世紀末,農莊主人--彼德森（Peterson）家族偶然發現極具潛能的咖啡品種:GEISHA,經過精心培育,種植….,自2004年起,連續幾年以此品種拿下一連串咖啡大賽中的冠軍,至此,讓翡翠莊園在全世界咖啡市場中王者之姿屹立不搖.
『鑽石山』( Diamond Mountain)是翡翠莊園旗下另一款明星級品牌,品種主要以卡度艾為主,搭配部分鐵比卡和波旁品種,這款咖啡生豆摘採自翡翠莊園旗下四個獨立農場中的Jaramillo以及Cañas Verdes,這兩個獨立農場所擁有的火山土壤是種植咖啡的絕佳條件,原始森林也提供咖啡樹足夠的遮陰環境,由於如此得天獨厚的條件,使得生產出的咖啡生豆具有豐富又的水果香氣與甜度,是翡翠莊園除了藝妓之外,同樣大受歡迎的獨立品牌.

Catuai coffees have long been planted in Panama, and this variety is well-loved for its high production, disease resistance, and clean, bright cup. At Hacienda La Esmeralda, we grow a selection of Catuai variety across our farms, and harvest it with the same care and attention as our other fine coffees.
Diamond Mountain lots come from two of our most productive and renowned farms: Jaramillo and Cañas Verdes. Many of the plantings date back decades, and we are continuously examining the fit of different varieties to different areas.
Diamond Mountain has attributes such as chocolate, nuts, citric acidity, and is available both washed and natural processed.
