□尼加拉瓜米耶瑞詡(Mierisch)家族,從1908年開始栽種咖啡,至今已超過110年歷史,隨著精品咖啡市場結構的改變,消費市場對品質的要求愈來愈高,莊園近一二十年在機器設備,處理場環境,人員訓練方面投入相當的資金和精力,讓家族旗下所屬的莊園及微批次咖啡豆都有一定水準的品質表現.莊園主Dr. Erwin Mierisch是位婦科醫生,同時也是COE的資深評審,經常受邀在各地指導農家咖啡種植與處理技術,目前家族咖啡事業由新一代的Erwin Mierisch、Eleane Mierisch與Steve Mierisch負責實際的管理.
米耶瑞栩家族旗下共管理9個莊園,其中8個莊園分別位於尼加拉瓜San Jose、Limoncillo、Escondida、Milagros、Placeres、Los Altos、Mama Mina、Suspiro,最後一個莊園位於宏都拉斯的Cerro Azul.
La Huela is owned by the Mierisch Family and managed by Santos Demitris Flores. This farm was given its name from an unusual growth of lemon trees that were originally found there. It is a huge farm at 171 hectares and heavy forest provide plenty of shade for the coffee. This farm was awarded 2nd place in the 2008 Cup Of Excellence.
